Prepping jackfruit is a commitment, but boy is it worth it! Every last bit turns into something delicious. We love the fruit in vinegar shrubs, the meat braised in bbq sauce, the seeds are a dead ringer for chestnut, and the leftovers get transformed into vinegar!

@the_mosaic_studio put in hundreds of hours to create these incredible custom pieces for our bar. They are inspired by our fab logo series by @margadoek , which was in turn inspired by a walk around Bruner Pond Park four summers ago, back when our farm was just a concept. We can’t wait for you to come and get inspired by it all in September!
