Sauerkraut is so delicious (when it doesn't come from a supermarket shelf), so healthy, and so easy to make, you're sure to get hooked on this old-world staple. Learn the basics of krauting, and how to apply these methods to a variety of recipes and ingredients. Your gut and taste buds will thank you kindly! Each participant will leave with a jar of sauerkraut to take home.
