Dive into sourdough baking, a satisfying method that produces delicious, traditional fermented bread. This will be a fun, hands-on, in-depth look at the concepts and techniques involved in baking loaves without the addition of commercial yeasts. We'll learn to make and tend to a sourdough starter, as well as how to bake a rustic sourdough loaf. Each participant with receive their own sourdough starter to take home and care for. This workshop is appropriate for novices or skilled bakers looking to transition to working with wild yeasts.
