Naturally carbonated sodas are our number one favorite treat at the farm! They're fun, refreshing, and filled with that healthy gut bacteria we love so much. And most importantly, we know exactly what's in them!
Learn to make a ginger bug, the naturally fermented starter that is the foundation of soda-making. Also, we'll make several fruit and herb sodas, without any fancy ingredients or special tools. This is a fun, hands-on workshop, and a great introduction to the magic of fermentation.
Each participant will leave with their own ginger bug, as well as the know-how to experiment and make their own sodas at home.
