Spend a week in the kitchen at Ground Floor Farm exploring craft food production skills. Learn to bake bread, make cheese, pickle vegetables, make jam, make homemade soda, and much more. This will be a completely hands-on experience, so while you’ll get to learn the science and history behind these foods, you’ll also learn the skills to make them on your own. Each day you’ll get to take home what you make, so by the end of the week you'll have a useful stock of recipes, techniques, and starter cultures. We’ll also share a fabulous farm lunch filled with our homemade goodies.

Times: 9am-1pm

Cost: $200, including lunch. Scholarships available. Contact jackie@groundfloorfarm.com for more information.
