Learn the basics of kitchen fermentation and build your arsenal of starters, scobys, tools, and tricks! This five week intensive aims to explore a wide variety of fermentation techniques. You'll learn the science of how bacteria can transform our food for the better, and you will confidently be able to incorporate fermentation into your home cooking for health, taste, and happiness! Besides learning the how-tos of fermentation,you will also create the necessary starter cultures to bring home with you. We'll share a meal after each session, which will go from 6-8:00pm.
